Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can not refund your purchase. We do repairs, exchanges or replacement for items that prove to have a manufacturing defect. Please note that irregularities in fiber or weaving are not manufacturing defects. We use hand made yarn to create hand woven garments. By nature items of this kind have irregularities. All our products need to be hand washed in cold water using a natural fiber friendly washing agent such as Eucalan (which can be purchased at Amazon or your local yarn shop). Woolite is not a wool friendly soap. Please dry all items by laying flat. If at any time you have problems with an item we would like to know about it. We will do everything in our power to make it right.
